Sometimes while running and chasing our dreams we forget to take time for ourselves and be kind to ourselves. The feeling of anxiety, stress and overwhelming makes us react to every situation in ways we feel appropriate at that moment. Looking back to the situation we often regret our reactions.

Reading this can help people understand things from a different angle and perspective. It says how to keep things simple and our soul at peace.
